By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.I. GENERAL TERMS.- Provide clear digital references. No descriptions.- Any rude behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.- I can decline your commission for any reason and I am not obligated to discuss why. However, this decision will never be rooted in any sort of prejudice or bigotry.II. PAYMENT- All commissions must all be paid in full upfront, through Paypal or CashApp, using USD only.
Commission progress begins a day after payment.III. PROCESS- A Work In Progress image will be provided after the initial sketch, any others must be requested by the commissioner.- Communication regarding the commission will be held on the platform I was commissioned from. Alternatives can be used if needed.- The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on many factors such as health, order of commission, complexity, or my personal life.If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap. I will give you a realistic expectation of turnaround time if asked.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION- After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made, such as small coloring/marking mistakes.Any great changes will come with an extra charge, such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing.
I am allowed to use the artwork to promote my business in any place or site and to display it anywhere to my liking. However, I will never sell a commissioned piece as merchandise.The commissioner is allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, print the art for only themselves, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. They can use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.The following is considered Copyright infringement:- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.- Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.- Removing any watermarks/signatures.VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY- I retain the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.- You have up to 24 hours to cancel or request a refund from the artist after payment is received.If you file a chargeback, you will be blacklisted and I will sell the artwork to new buyers, as well as warn others.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
