By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.I. GENERAL TERMS.I. Provide clear digital references. No descriptions. An AI-generated visual reference will result in immediate commission refusal.II. Please review the "Will/Wont Draw" widget on the "commission" page of this website to verify that your idea qualifies for something I am willing to depict.III. Any rude behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.IV. I can decline your commission and I am not obligated to discuss why. However, this decision will never be rooted in any sort of prejudice or bigotry.II. PAYMENTI. All commissions must all be paid in full upfront, through Paypal or CashApp, using USD only.
Commission progress begins 24 hours after payment.III. PROCESSII. A Work In Progress image will be provided after the initial sketch is approved by the commissioner, any others must be requested by the commissioner.III. Communication regarding the commission will be held on the platform I was commissioned from. Alternatives can be used if needed, such as Twitter, Google Mail, or Discord.IV. The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on many factors such as health, order of commission, complexity, or my personal life.If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified ASAP. I will give you a realistic expectation of turnaround time upon any inquiry.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI. After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made, such as small coloring/marking mistakes.II. Any significant changes requested for the finished product will coincide with a surcharge (depending on the commission's complexity), such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that obligates me to redraw large aspects. Failure to accept the surcharge will result in leaving the commission as is.(This does not apply to anything accidentally omitted that was requested by the commissioner prior to its completion.)V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI. I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing.
I am allowed to use the artwork to promote my business in any place or site and to display it anywhere to my liking. However, I will never sell a commissioned piece as merchandise.II. The commissioner is allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, print the art for only themselves, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. They can use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist or by using versions of the artwork that contain my watermark.III. The following is considered Copyright infringement:- Reproducing, recreating and/or feeding the artwork into AI algorithms and/or software.- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.- Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.- Intentionally removing any watermarks/signatures.VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYI. I retain the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.II. You have up to 24 hours to cancel or request a refund from the artist after payment is received.III. If you file a chargeback, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me permanently and I will sell the artwork's likeness to new buyers, as well as warn others.Any statement can be subject to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
